ILLINOIS ENACTS DRASTIC CHANGES TO THE WORKERS' COMPENSATION LAWS

The Illinois legislature recently enacted changes in the workers' compensation laws and not for the better.  The rights of injured workers in Illinois have been severely limited by the new law.  Your right to choose your own doctor and the amount of compensation you are entitled to receive as a result of your permanent injury have been changed.  As a result, if you are hurt at work, it is more important than ever that you have an attorney who will protect your rights and ensure that you receive all the benefits you are entitled to.  Contact us by phone at 312-236-9744 or by email at info@karchmarandstone.com with any questions or concerns you may have and to see how this new law will affect you.  Our initial consultation is free.
